COVID-19 Safety Policy

Evliss Laser Clinic will call you the day before your appointment. This will be to check:

  • You are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • To find out if you have travelled abroad in the last 14 days.

Please be advised, that Evliss Laser Clinic member, who feel unwell or experiencing symptoms, will be asked not to come to work.

If you are showing COVID-19 symptoms and are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate, if you notify us as early as possible. Evliss Laser Clinic will reschedule your appointment for later date.

On The Day Of Your Appoitnment

Everyone entering the clinic will have their temperature checked, using our non-contact thermometers. There will only be a limited number of people in the clinic at any time. We kindly request, that you arrive on time.

  • If you are early, you may be asked to wait outside to manage client numbers in the waiting area.
  • If you arrive late, your treatment time might be shortened.

We would also kindly ask your mask to be worn when you attend your appointment. Please arrive alone, as the reception will be restricted, and we cannot allow more that 2 people waiting in the waiting area.

Sanitising

You will be asked to use an anti-bacterial hand sanitiser when entering the clinic. Tissues and face masks can be provided if required. Due to social distancing, the waiting area will be restricted. You will be asked to head straight to the treatment room with your therapist. As the toilet is a common area, we would ask you to refrain from using it unless necessary.

Reception Area

You will still receive the warm, friendly Evliss Laser Clinic welcome from our team members. Safety measure at the reception include:

  • We are unable to provide any refreshments.
  • Magazines, brochures, and literature have been removed to reduce contamination risk.

Chip and pin terminal, tablets are disinfected after each use.

Your Treatment

All our team members will be wearing the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment, including face masks, gloves, aprons. All team members have undergone intensive COVID-19 training. They regularly wash their hands, following guidelines, throughout the day and before and after your treatment. Any areas you come in to contact with will be:

  • Disposed.
  • Cleansed.
  • Replaced.

Couch rolls will be replaced, equipment cleaned and disinfected, while single-use items like linen and towels will be replaced.

Cleaning

All our clinics are professionally deep cleaned regularly. Cleaning and disinfecting take place throughout the day and more frequently areas, touchpoints and after each treatment. Evliss Laser Clinic aim to provide you with leading laser treatments in a safe and clean environment, where you and our team members health, safety and wellbeing are of paramount importance.
